Every month a hand-painted illustration of something growing in the Pacific Northwest — a mushroom, a fern uncurling, a mossy stump with opinions. Each envelope holds an original gouache painting on cold-press paper, two die-cut stickers of the month's subject, and a short handwritten note about where the thing was found and what the weather was doing. Painted in a studio above a bike shop in southeast Portland, usually while it is raining.

A note: I have raised the international rate by $1 to cover postage, which went up again in June. Existing subscribers keep the old rate for a year.
